What we collect

• This website has no forms, accounts or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and secure the site.
• If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to send.
• If you apply through one of our job listings instead of the hiring company's own link, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address and CV.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to you, for example to send you the link to the hiring company's application page or to tell you about roles that match your background. We don't sell your details or pass them to hiring companies. If you want to apply for a role, you do that yourself on the company's own site.

Why we're allowed to use it

We rely on our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us or apply through our listings.

Who else handles it

We use trusted service providers to run our email, applicant tracking and website hosting. They process data on our behalf and only for those purposes. Some of them may store data outside the UK, with the safeguards the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only for as long as we need them to reply to you and handle any follow-up. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email admin@rekrootly.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
